Rouhani felicitates Kuwait on National Day
Rokna: President Hassan Rouhani has sent a message to the Kuwaiti Emir to felicitate him and the people of the Arab country on their National Day.
In his message to Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Rouhani wrote: "I would like to offer my sincerest congratulations to Your Majesty and the people of your country on National Day of Kuwait."
