Chilling TikTok video shows final moments leading up to teen's death in hotel room

Kalecia Williams was shot dead at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta just 27 minutes into Boxing Day morning, and made her last Tik Tok video of her dancing towards the camera at 12.02am.

In the video, the teen stops dancing and looks shocked as someone off camera enters her room and the video cuts off.

The 16-year-old's mum April Smith is desperate to know what happened in those final 25 minutes of her daughter's life.

She told Fox 5 in the US: "What happened after she made that last Tik Tok video at 12.02am and she was dead at 12.23am? I need answers."

Ms Smith was one of around 20 protestors he arrived outside the hotel on Wednesday to call for justice for her daughter's death.

A 16-year-old boy has been arrested by police in Atlanta in connection with the shooting and charged him with felony murder, aggravated assault, reckless conduct and possession of a pistol for person under the age of 18.

But Ms Smith wants others should be charged in connection with her daughter's death.

Kalecia was supposed to be attending a chaperoned holiday party at an Airbnb.

But after her death Ms Smith was told another parent had paid for her stay at the Hyatt Regency.

She told Fox 5: "[The parent] was responsible for getting the hotel room for these minors.

"Her name was on the hotel room for these minors, so I feel like she should be held accountable for my daughter's death as well."

Kanautica Starkie, who was staying at the hotel at the same time, said she saw people carrying the injured girl out looking for first aid.

She told reporters she held the girl's hand until paramedics arrived at the scene.

Atlanta Police Department said they arrived at the scene and found the teen suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the groin area.

She was not conscious or breathing and was rushed to a nearby hospital where she was later pronounced dead.

A suspect was later arrested but has not been identified by police due to his age.

Investigators said the shooting of the teenage girl happened following an argument with a young male while they were both in one of the rooms.

A spokesman for the Hyatt Regency hotel said: 'We are saddened by the isolated situation that occurred at Hyatt Regency Atlanta early this morning, and our thoughts go out to those who have been affected.

"The hotel is fully cooperating with local authorities with their investigation, and further questions may be directed to the Atlanta Police Department."Follow the Official Rokna NEWS Telegram Channel For More and fresh NEWS.
