Three people found dead in house as police call deaths 'unexplained'

The bodies were found when paramedics were called to do a welfare check at an address in Failsworth in Greater Manchester at about 3.30pm on Monday.
Police were alerted and officers set up a cordon around the home as a major investigation into the deaths was launched, the Manchester Evening News reports.
Forensic officers were seen going in and out of the house as uniformed officers stood guard outside later on Monday evening.
Police, fire and ambulance crews were all scrambled to the scene, and the news that three people were found dead inside the home came as a shock to neighbours.
One man who lives nearby said he saw emergency services, including police, paramedics and fire crews, outside the property when he passed by at around 5pm.
The man said: "We had no idea what had happened at that stage but there was a lot of them."
One person, who appeared to know one of the three people, wrote on Facebook: "Love you and miss you."
A local resident tweeted: "Anyone know what’s happening on Oldham Road? Police and fire engines everywhere."
A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said: "At 3.30pm on Monday 28 December 2020, police were called by paramedics responding to a report of concern for welfare on Oldham Road, Failsworth.
"Officers attended.
"Three people were sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
"Their deaths are being treated as unexplained.
"Enquires are ongoing.
